We do have an Exchange policy / Return policy valid within 7 working days
However, if a damaged/incorrect product or missing has been received by the customer, contact our customer service by email or phone number product should remain in its original packaging and unused send pictures & videos on same day when you received the parcel of the product if it is damged make videos while opening the product
